It is a sequel to her previous book, Gripped by Gambling which she wrote five years ago. I reviewed that book on my blog and I have reviewed her latest book too. Detour is Marilyn’s story about her struggle with several different addictions inclulding alcoholism and gambling. She relates personal information that helps the reader connect with her and she gives many insights into addictive behavior. This is a story of struggle and triumph.
