Thirty-seven years ago, I began preaching at Long Valley, WV at the age of 15. The congregation has been very helpful to young Gospel preachers over the years and many have had their start right here. The brethren have encouraged these beginning preachers and patiently listened to their sermons. I was in a Gospel meeting with these good brethren Oct. 19-24. We had good interest and support from brethren in the area and I hope the congregation was strengthened in their faith in God. I know that they would like to have you visit with them sometime. The church building is located on WV Rt. 7 about 5 miles northeast of Wileyville, WV and 20 miles outside of New Martinsville, WV.
